Juli is the dynamic CEO of Augeo's Workplace Engagement business, keynote speaker, and a proven organizational growth leader with over a decade of expertise in the loyalty and engagement industries. She drives strategic vision, brand evolution, and innovative engagement ecosystems, inspiring transformation through contemporary solutions.
As a passionate leader, Juli spearheads company strategy, market research, digital and AI-first initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to anticipate trends and deliver measurable impact. She has successfully implemented loyalty and engagement solutions for hundreds of clients, including Fortune Global 500 companies, fostering growth and meaningful connections.
Prior to focusing on workplace innovation, Juli designed marketing strategies for financial institution loyalty programs—expertise she leverages today in our mission to deliver consumer-grade experiences to employees worldwide.

Matt Garrett is Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Augeo Workplace Engagement, where he leads strategic growth, brand positioning and operational execution for the company’s workplace engagement business. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Matt integrates go-to-market strategy, marketing innovation and operational discipline to drive revenue growth, strengthen client retention and scale high-performing organizations. A key member of Augeo’s executive leadership team, he partners closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders across product, technology, finance and client success to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and position Augeo Workplace as a next-generation engagement platform built for the future of work.
Throughout his career, Matt has led growth, loyalty and engagement initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Nike, Adidas, Adobe, Activision, American Express, Specialized and Whole Foods. His signature results include scaling membership by 700% at Exclusive Resorts, launching and supporting iconic loyalty platforms such as Nike+ and Adidas Creators Club and developing player engagement programs for Activision’s Call of Duty that drove significant retention gains. Known for a data-driven, consumer-first leadership style, Matt is recognized for building high-performing teams, aligning brand and operations and delivering sustainable growth that creates long-term enterprise value.

Richard joined Augeo Workplace Engagement in 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience from his previous roles spanning finance, operations, and technology at RSA Insurance and British Airways. Richard leads the finance and accounting function for Workplace Engagement and is responsible for driving financial strategy, performance, and operational excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and is both an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Richard now resides in Saint Paul, MN with his wife and five children. He is an avid Minnesota Vikings and Tottenham Hotspur supporter and enjoys fishing whenever the opportunity arises.

Nathaniel Engelsen is a visionary leader with a passion for inspiring and building high-performing technology teams. He excels in cultivating trust, fostering ownership and mentoring individuals on their path to success. Specializing in developing distributed applications catering to millions of end users, Nathaniel brings over 20 years of experience with web applications, serving as a credentialed expert in DevOps, cloud architecture and cybersecurity with certifications from the DevOps Institute, AWS and (ISC)².
Nathaniel rejoins the Augeo team after pursuing his MBA, taking on the role of Senior Vice President, Technology with a focus in our Workplace Engagement division. He oversees technology leadership and drives strategic initiatives such as engagement tech strategy, platform consolidation, cloud migration, data management optimization, automated testing and platform resiliency.
Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in Toastmasters and practicing Krav Maga.

Sarita leads product, analytics, and the AI innovation lab for Augeo’s Workplace Engagement business, where she is focused on building the next generation of intelligent, human-centered workplace platforms. She brings an AI-first mindset to product strategy, combining behavioral science, data, and systems thinking to design experiences that adapt to people and organizations in real time. At the core of her work is a belief that product design should be intentional and grounded in human behavior, creating the conditions for appreciation, belonging, and growth to flourish at work.
Sarita has held product and engineering leadership roles spanning telecommunications, finance, retail, education, and health care. She has led teams and platforms at organizations including Motorola, UnitedHealth Group, and Pearson, navigating complex, high-scale systems while translating strategy into value-driving products. Her work consistently sits at the intersection of technology, data, and human behavior. She graduated from Rice University, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, alongside a second major in Mathematical Economic Analysis.
In addition to her professional work, Sarita is an active board leader with a strong commitment to mission-driven organizations. She serves as Vice Chair of the Second Harvest Heartland Board of Directors and as a director on the Board of Literacy Minnesota. She also spent ten years on the Board of the Wedge Co-ops, including three years as President.

Travis Boisvert is the Senior Vice President of Incentives at Augeo Workplace Engagement, where he leads client strategy, program design and ongoing delivery for the organization's Incentives business. He partners closely with clients and aligns internal teams to ensure programs advance strategic priorities and drive organizational growth.
With over 20 years of experience in the performance improvement industry, Travis brings a strategic, analytical approach to client services. He and his team serve as an extension of Augeo's client organizations, ensuring enterprise employee and channel programs deliver measurable results and sustained effectiveness.
Known for his focused, results-oriented leadership style, Travis helps clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. He fosters strong partnerships and ensures programs are executed with ongoing excellence. A solutions-driven leader, he consistently identifies opportunities to enhance program impact and deliver long-term value.

Patty brings 20 years of engagement and loyalty experience across Employee, Channel and B2B audiences. Her roles have spanned client strategy, product development, program design and delivery. She leads the Account Management team responsible for implementing and supporting a growing suite of award-winning, platform-driven engagement services across Augeo's global client portfolio.
From a young age, Patty's roots in family business have cultivated a passion for connection, partnership and loyalty. Prior to joining Augeo in 2018, Patty's professional path included successive leadership roles in the loyalty marketing industry and even a brief departure to partner with her husband to launch a 3D printing business still thriving today. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the College of St. Benedict.
When not visiting clients or spending time in our Twin Cities' offices, Patty loves traveling with her husband, friends and family and soaking in any musical event she can find.
