Intentional experience design

A notable metropolitan academic health center and healthcare provider solicited Augeo to breathe new life into its annual fundraiser and recognition event. The goal was to revamp the experience to spark intrigue and excitement among attendees while maintaining a strong emotional connection to the organization’s mission.

Through a meticulous design-and-discovery session, we set out to captivate attendees with an immersive experience—crafting a compelling theme and visual identity that carried throughout the attendee journey.

Immersive storytelling

Surpassing traditional expectations, we were able to get access to the hospital's newly renovated parking facility which boasted breathtaking, open air city views. Using cutting-edge technology and innovative design, we transformed the space into an engaging and interactive environment. The highlights included projection mapping on neighboring buildings for dynamic storytelling, ambient LED photo walls illuminating the skyline and captivating stage performances.

Aligned with the brand’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), the event highlighted a diverse range of underrepresented and women-owned businesses. This showcased the hospital's dedication to community support and celebration, fostering a culture of inclusivity and social responsibility.
