A leading credit card processor and POS solution provider asked Augeo to develop an engaging and dynamic incentive program to increase debit card transactions and retain cardholders among intense competition.

Augeo delivered a consumer-focused incentive that is broad based and universally appealing enabling our client to target multiple demographic segments with simplicity and effectiveness. When debit cardholders achieve certain transaction levels, they are rewarded with travel incentives and a low price guarantee. All engagement is tracked down to the cardholder level, delivers real time offers, plus reloads the travel incentives if additional engagement activities are achieved.

ENTERPRISE DRIVEN SOLUTION PROVES GROWTH IN AUTO LOANS

Challenge

A financial institution with $5B in assets and 550,000 business and consumer credit rewards account holders asked Augeo for an enterprise solution whereby the FI could introduce other products to existing members.

The
Solution

Augeo developed a vehicle loan promotion, offering bonus points to certain account holders who financed or refinanced a loan on any new or used vehicle. Account holders were rewarded with triple bonus points based on the amount of the loan.

Vehicle loans increased 24.52% over the same period last year.

AUGEO GROWS DEBIT SPEND AMONG LOW USAGE ACCOUNT HOLDERS

A credit union with 600,000 debit account holders asked Augeo to assist them in increasing debit signature spend.

The
Solution

Augeo developed an engagement campaign to stimulate spend among low usage account holders and executed the campaign via traditional and digital communications.

Over 44,423 accounts participate in the campaign with a 20% qualification rate. Debit spend among the target group increased over 508%.
