The
Challenge

Leading mobile provider in the US asked Augeo to develop an engaging and dynamic rewards program to further connect with and retain their 8+ million customers. It was critical that the program delivered meaningful value to its customers and that communications were current vs. a static site, like so many other loyalty programs. As a month-to-month mobile provider, profits depend on retention and longevity, and the rewards program needed to support and deliver against those KPIs.

The
Solution

Augeo developed a consumer focused program that included earning capabilities for being a customer, engaging site activities like games and surveys, posting to social media and buying additional services. Customers were rewarded with everyday savings offers, additional data, free phones and many other chances for rewards. Augeo created a customized loyalty platform to increase program enrollment, track all engagement activity, deliver real time and geographically based offers, plus add new earnings and engagement elements on a weekly basis.

The
Result

The customer loyalty program enrolled over 1 million customers in the first year and continues to enroll over 50,000 customers per month. Enrolled members have demonstrated decreased churn by over 50% which is a significant financial win for this program.
