Chief of Product Delivery
Erik, based in Chicago, joined the Augeo team in 2005 and leads the Augeo Product Group. He and his team are responsible for innovating, developing, enhancing and delivering products and feature functionality to create a powerful mix ultimately fueling Augeo platforms’ engagement with customers, members and employees.
Erik and his team’s focus is tying together client objectives, industry best practices and user experience to create a memorable, emotional and social connection as users interact with Augeo platforms, rewards, call support center, strategic supplier and vendor partner community and, most importantly, our clients’ brands. Our group takes great care to ensure our users experience, regardless of connection point, appropriately represents the leading client brands we have the privilege to support.
Prior to joining Augeo, Erik led marketing in the Midwest Region for The Princeton Review responsible for delivering educational products to universities and large school districts and earned a BA from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
