David Kristal

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman

David began his career at a boutique Twin Cities law firm. He left the firm to create and run the business development function at a large, privately held transaction Management Company handling more than $500 million annually. He finally landed in his family restaurant business in 1998 to lead its turnaround. It was here where Augeo was born, with its first clients coming from the foodservice industry.

With over 20 years of experience developing and building businesses in the retail, marketing and sponsorship industries, David brings proven leadership, enthusiasm and a unique focus to the Augeo team as he helps drive accelerated growth and client program innovation.

David currently is very active in philanthropic activities and serves as a voluntary member on several local Board of Directors. You may remember David and his father Henry in a series of over 2 dozen Ember’s Restaurant commercials done together between 1999 and 2004. David earned his BS in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and his JD from Stanford Law School.

David leads invention and innovation efforts at Augeo, conceiving product and strategic solutions for our client’s macro and strategic challenges.
